I had an extremely frustrating experience with Roman Inc. My shipment was repeatedly delayed and attempted to be delivered to the wrong address, despite me providing the correct business address. When I tried to resolve the issue, the sales representative said “No one has control over the shipping company, not Roman, not me. I don’t know what can be done.” This complete refusal to take responsibility and the lack of any professional solution caused significant inconvenience. I just received a snow globe through Amazon today day & it’s beautiful. It’s slightly smaller than I expected but the craftsmanship is superb. The company is great too. They shipped very quickly & the product was very securely packed. I would highly recommend their products!!
I ordered a statue from Roman via Amazon 3 years ago . After a severe heat wave I went to move it and it broke. I contacted them to ask if replacement was possible as it was in a memorial garden for my late husband. They said they don’t normally replace after that long but because of its special nature they would do so. They were very nice to work with.
