This place is great—they treat you very well, and if an issue arises, they don’t dismiss it. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to customer concerns. I’ll definitely be coming here for all my Subaru needs going forward.

I arrived for my appointment, and the experience was flawless and pleasant. The work was accomplished quickly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'm very impressed with their service department. They did a great job. And I'm glad I decided on a Subaru.

Should have known better. We went in knowing which exact vehicle we wanted, test drove it, didn't even try to negotiate. It was a pleasant experience. Our salesman Seth seemed upfront and nice enough. Now, here is where it gets tricky. Either he wasn't so upfront with us after all, or his service team is either incompetent or lying. During the test drive, we noticed a slight noise from the AC/fan, which we mentioned to Seth. He said he would have service look into it, but it might be just some leaves stuck in there. Went in to swap out a rearview mirror and was in and out under the estimated time. There are free snacks and drinks available and the place is clean and not packed when I was there.
