Went in to swap out a rearview mirror and was in and out under the estimated time. There are free snacks and drinks available and the place is clean and not packed when I was there.
Great service- sent someone to where I was stranded with a dead battery, jumped the vehicle and saved me a tow. They didn't have my battery in stock so got a shuttle home and they kept me informed every step as the ice storm delayed the needed part. Gave me options and did not try to upsell.
