We truly enjoy Romignoli's from time to time. I love getting the Roman Holiday which gives you 4 amazing cheese ravioli, some wonderful fettuccine noodles, tasty gnocchi, a yummy meatball, and a sausage which is the weak point in the dish The sauce has great flavor and overall, I really enjoy it. I get there. The dinning room is really dark. The water tastes absolutely disgusting, with a very strong chlorine taste. They did say it was city water, but no other restaurant in the area has that bad of water. It stung my throat and mouth. The bread came and the knife was very dirty. At this point I left. I did not try the food. I had ordered and received the bread and salad and a bloody mary. I did not eat or drink anything except two sips of the water. The waiter was kind and understanding. This place was a nice choice to take my mom for an early Mother’s Day dinner. The wait to be seated was longer than expected for 5:00 PM, but they did offer us a table near the bar while we waited. One unusual occurrence was that they actually took our order before we were seated in the dining room, which caught us a little off guard. Once seated, we had salad and bread brought to the table.
