I used to recommend Dr Romac to all of my friends and family, because it used to be a great dentist's office. But in the past couple of years, the standard of care has dropped dramatically. Any appts with the Dr himself mean you have to wait 1.5+ hours to even see him. The hygienists are not professional. At one of my last visits, the hygienist stated she "didn't want to floss" my teeth. Mind you, this was an annual cleaning appt. I’m under my husbands profile but this is Melissa. I was in the ER on the 12th of sept 2025 after falling face first very hard into a rock and breaking and dislodging my front 3 teeth and fracturing the bone above the teeth. The ER said ‘this isn’t the dentist here’ and didn’t do a thing to help the splintered bent teeth that were in the way of closing my mouth and bleeding everywhere. Best dentist I ever had, but I'm self employed and missed a appointment by accident, now, they treat me like I am a black listed criminal, just flat out short and said go somewhere else. We don't need your business, might I add, all bills are paid in full.
DR. Romac is the best Dentist I've ever seen. He is very nice and kind, and gentle. I love the staff at Dr Romac's office. Everyone there makes you feel a home.
I had a toothache that flared up so bad I walked into Dr. Romac's office without an appointment. Within 10 minutes he had me in a chair and, after a few xrays, confirmed that I needed it extracted. Teresa immediately started calling local oral surgeons, checking availability. Team Perio agreed to see me the next day and did the extraction. This was on July 3rd, the day before a 4-day holiday weekend.
