First, I could not get an appointment for over a month to get my glass sliding doors repaired. On the morning that the staff was supposed to come, I received a call that the worker couldn't come and they couldn't provide me with another date. I scheduled with Florida window and doors instead. How unprofessional!!
Warranty issue. Came out and ordered replacement with no problems
Needed tempered glass in a set of bedroom as my spa was close to the windows. Scott and Anthony were on time and worked effectively to get the tempered glass in the window frames. They did a fantastic job were polite and left the area clean. Very happy and would not hesitate to use RoMac for all my window needs
