Craig from Romac came out today to check why my garage door would stop when I tried opening it. After discussing how it occurred, Craig recommended waxing the weatherstrip with car wax so it would not stick and cause door to stop when opening. He was very informative and took time to explain what maintenance I should do annually on my door. Thanks, Craig and Romac!
I scheduled a tune-up and Lube job with RoMac. RJ showed up on time and wasted no time working on my 2 doors. Fantastic professional young man who explained what he was doing and why. Called the after hours line this morning and left a message. Within 15 minutes RJ called and said he could be at my house in 30 minutes. RJ was right on time and proceeded to replace my overhead door springs. RJ was VERY professional, skilled and polite. I hope RoMac appreciates what a great technician they have. RoMac is the company to call for your garage door repairs.
Arrived on time, assessed the problem and fixed it in no time. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Made sure that I was satisfied before they left. Will call them any time.
I was initially set up for an appointment from between 3-5 pm but about 10:30 I received a call from RJ saying he could be right there if that would work for me, which it did in a big way. So RJ arrived and went to work. I knew immediately that he knew his business. While he replaced the torsion springs he answered my many questions and amazingly never lost count of the torque turns on the springs even while talking.
