Arrived on time, assessed the problem and fixed it in no time. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Made sure that I was satisfied before they left. Will call them any time.
I was initially set up for an appointment from between 3-5 pm but about 10:30 I received a call from RJ saying he could be right there if that would work for me, which it did in a big way. So RJ arrived and went to work. I knew immediately that he knew his business. While he replaced the torsion springs he answered my many questions and amazingly never lost count of the torque turns on the springs even while talking. OMG… RJ was AMAZING!!! I had been trying to figure out how to fix my garage door. The cables were off and the door had already bent the frames. He came in and I watched him fix everything in less than 30 minutes. Pleasant, professional and an absolute expert! I’m calling RoMac for everything from now on!

Had my garage door motor and all accessories replaced after 20 years. My installer, Heath, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, pleasant, did an excellent job and explained all the functions very clearly. Price was reasonable and I was highly pleased from the initial call to completion. Highly recommend.
