Run from these guys!!! Had a brand-new Linear garage door installed four months ago. Despite repeated calls and repeated replacements, it seems that they have no idea that my two remotes never work!!!! Replaced batteries, replaced unit s-worsk for one day, and then NOTHING. Terrible service, they have no idea what they are doing Had a visit from the manager. Craig from Romac came out today to check why my garage door would stop when I tried opening it. After discussing how it occurred, Craig recommended waxing the weatherstrip with car wax so it would not stick and cause door to stop when opening. He was very informative and took time to explain what maintenance I should do annually on my door. Thanks, Craig and Romac!
I scheduled a tune-up and Lube job with RoMac. RJ showed up on time and wasted no time working on my 2 doors. Fantastic professional young man who explained what he was doing and why. Called the after hours line this morning and left a message. Within 15 minutes RJ called and said he could be at my house in 30 minutes. RJ was right on time and proceeded to replace my overhead door springs. RJ was VERY professional, skilled and polite. I hope RoMac appreciates what a great technician they have. RoMac is the company to call for your garage door repairs.
Arrived on time, assessed the problem and fixed it in no time. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Made sure that I was satisfied before they left. Will call them any time.
