Showed up at 6:20pm for dinner. Literally, 4 tables had people at them and the server turned us away. Saying they were not accepting anymore people. Not sure if they were being bias, or they were just lazy and didn't want to have to take 3 more orders. Either way, they were rude, and made us feel disrespected. I'd stay away.
Good Service
We were traveling through Pleasanton and stopped in for an exceptional experience. The food and service were excellent! My entire family enjoyed their food. Our waiter was so sweet! I highly recommend this restaurant.
I've been to Italy seven time. Roma's food is authentic Italian. Mmmmmm.
