when calling in my order, I had to repeat my address several times - the person handling the call could NOT understand me - and I couldn't understand HIM either! They were extremely rude and laughing - so, I hung up to contact another pizza delivery in the area - I've never had Roma and thought I would try it. This person kept calling me back HARRASSING ME over and over and over for hours after this! I had to contact AT&T to call block this business.
