UPDATE: Roma’s response to my comment is untrue. I never said my mattress had been moved prior - it was brand new in 2020, delivered to my condo, never moved and in perfect shape until Roma moved it. Their response tells you all you need to know about this company. Disappointed by damage to my mattress and lack of response to my call regarding the damage. Roma moved me locally on a Saturday. The team at Roma did an excellent job with our cross-town move. They responded quickly to my inquiry through their website, arrived on time, and worked professionally throughout the day. Everything was wrapped and packed with care, and there was no damage to any of our belongings. I was very satisfied with the quality of the move itself.
