Unfortunately, no matter how nice the product is, terrible Customer service generally taints all orders from them. Have you tried calling and speaking with someone? Good Luck. Even before COVID. We are a business that used ROMA frames often, we liked their solid wood styles and quality. Valley Moulding or Larson Juhl or practically any other frame moulding supplier would probably be a better bet if you'd like to actually speak to someone and have work done because, in this business, timelines actually matter.
