I have not even used their services yet. I have phoned their office three times, leaving messages, requesting a return call, stating that I am interested in the lawn maintenance services. I have called other facilities, actually spoke with a human being, not a recording, and will have someone coming to my residence within the next couple of days to quote me an estimate. I had initially chosen Roma because my neighbor has been using their services for years and is pleased with them. They have lost a potential customer.
