I love Roma. I live in Durant, and go there often. I decided I wanted to call in a carry out order today since my husband was already at work, and whoever they have answering the phone was very rude and unhelpful. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience, and didn't know what I was asking for, and I've been dining at Roma for years. Had I not asked for bread and my salad (that most meals come with) I would not have gotten them.
