Best hospital experience ever. While travelling with our elderly mum, she got sick and the staff drs and nurses couldn't do enough for her. They were amazing. They even followed up on our next destination. Beautiful hospital. Treatment was very fast in the ed. Thankyou all.
What a fantastic experience my wife had here expecting to have to wait a long time as is normal in Melbourne but no we arrived started to fill in the paperwork but before we had finished my wife was called in to have her stitches removed WOW We were in and out in 15 minutes what a wonderful hospital thanks to everyone at Roma Carole
I went in for Day surgery & I suffer from severe agoraphobia the staff were aware of my condition so when I got there they gave me some tablets to settle me down before my surgery & I was treated with compassion, respect and all the nurses & the Dr were so caring and understanding .. I got treated better here than at my home town hospital of Surat who are totally rude, no compassion and treat the underclass people like trash ! I’m not sure what happened to my review from 2022 but I’m writing it again. I was flown here from helicopter as I was at work. The useless doctor that gave me my diagnose even after telling me … discharged me. My lung had collapsed and was filling up with fluid. I was given a script for antibiotics and told to return in 3 months. I was 39 at this stage. I flew down to Adelaide which the useless emergency doctor at Roma said it was ok for me to fly.
