First time using Roma Cleaning Service and I am very pleased with the cleaning done at our house. It was easy to contact and schedule the cleaning. The cleaning ladies did a thorough job cleaning our place, and we will be using this service going forward.
Roma Cleaning Service is by far the best in the biz. Roma is a very nice lady and so easy to work with. She always responds immediately and is very helpful. Not to mention that her cleaning ladies did a phenomenal job with our house. We threw a dinner party recently and our guests were astonished by the cleanliness of our home, thanks to Roma. I will definitely be using her service again.
We have just recently started using Roma's service to clean our house, and so far we are very satisfied with the services. The owner Roma is a nice lady to deal with, she always answers and responds, which is important to us. Our house is bigger, so we usually end up having two ladies from Roma's service to clean our house. They are always on time when they come over to clean the house. The lady Roma Is the worst. She made me use my own cleaning supplies and came unprepared. She overcharged us after quoting a different price coming in the door. Her cleaning girls used the same toilet rag in the kitchen and throughout the house, my daughter said. They thought she would not notice. We ended up hiring another company to clean their mess. She would not refund any part of the money after promising to send another crew that did not show up
This company is horrible. She hires people as they come in from Poland without any training for cleaning. She drops them off and not usually arriving with them, but rather later. So they waste time with no cleaning supplies until she meets them. Then she leaves without overseeing what they're doing. The first time we tried them, she dropped off the girl with no cleaning supplies dressed up in nice clothing with her and fingernails freshly done and she spent three hours in a half bath and I had to go and get her out of there ... read more
