I’m disappointed with my experience at this salon. The service did not meet expectations, and the final result was very different from what I requested. I hoped for better communication and professionalism.
I came to this salon because on their website, it looks like it’s cheaper than other places for eyebrow threading. On the site right now, on 05/16/26 at 8:00 pm, it says the eyebrow threading service is $5. I told the woman there that I wanted the service, she messed up one of my eyebrows, and my sisters, because she made a bigger arch in one and not the other.
