I’ve been going to this barber for almost 10 years. I walked in one day for my booked appointment and didn’t even get a hello. Instead, I was told he couldn’t cut my hair. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse for treating a long-time customer with zero respect. Very disappointed with how I was spoken to and how the situation was handled.
