I have been a big fan of ROMA since they opened. Unfortunately our takeout order yesterday was disappointing. The Nonna meatball pizza did not live up to expectations with a noticeable lack of meatballs. Some pieces had none at all. Ordered the wings for the first time and at $21 per dozen one would expect much better and I would not recommend them.
This is a perfect execution of a specific pizza. I'm going to keep this review short and just tell you that if you are in the neighborhood go there and grab a few slices. The one I'll mention by name is the Yukon Gold slice. Hard to describe but let's just say it's like the essence of french fries and a pizza in one satisfying bite. So good. They also have the classics like cheese and pepperoni and various others. Both thin slices and thick slices are available.
Small pizza place with fresh made pizza, excellent flavor. The only tables are outside but the woman working the counter brought our pizza out after it had been heated. Very friendly.
