Alex and his team were so good us and still able to answer questions a year out of being finished with the job. We appreciate him and everyone who worked on air old 1994 Excella airstream. Thank you again Alex!!
Just picked up my renovated ‘07 28’ airstream, very happy with the work. Since I initially called for a quote, Alex has proven extremely responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. He’s got a great team that knows airstreams inside and out. We had a vision, they turned it into reality, considering all the little details well in advance. They were accommodating to a couple unusual requests as well, while still finding quality solutions. Given all this, pricing was very fair. I trust his judgement and recommend you do to.
If you're ever in a panic on the road, pray you're near ROM Customs. I called Alex twice in a row. I'm sure he could hear the urgency. He called me back immediately. My solar panel had flown completely off the rig during my maiden voyage with my kids, and he found a way to fit me in on the spot. What I really needed was to make sure the remaining panels were properly secured so the same thing wouldn't happen again.
