I came to Alex with a damaged jack on my 5th wheel and he was patient with me getting approval for warranty work to be done through the manufacture. Once we got approval, he was VERY quick to get me in (next day) and have it done same day. His fabricator Tim is nothing short of a perfectionist. He had to fabricate and weld a support to support the weight of at least 1/6th of my 20,000 lb camper. Alex and his team are a hard find to come by in today’s market, the quality of craftsmanship and pricing is the best on the on the east coast. I searched within a 300 miles radius of Asheville North Carolina and he’s the only man that could get the work I needed done. Rom customs offers a variety of services, I had a full solar install, AC unit, stay awhile kit, water pump and swivel wheel mount for my Class C RV.
