03/19/24: Take note of everything you are promised, the cost, timelines, and anything else you can think of. We built with Rolwes in another subdivision and were left with a mess. Once we signed the closing paperwork, Rolwes washed their hands of a lot of responsibilities by waiving the warranty that is owned by Rowles (not an unbias third party). They do not take responsibility for any issues and if they do, it's fixed poorly. Our front steps coming into the house started to sink as the house settled, but instead of having ... read more
