Who would ever think that going through the process of buying a new home could be fun? Yeah, me neither. But that’s what it was when Jake presented his plan for our purchase in simple, everyday language and easy-to-manage steps. The process was not only painless, but the meetings with him were fun as well.
We started the building process with Jake our home specialist. He is very quick to reply and very knowledgeable, making the process easy. If there was something he didn't know he was able to find out for us quickly. The prices after all the selections is a little high but in line with everything else these days.
Jake was fantastic to work with at the Highlands. He is extremely knowledgeable about the floor plans and options. The customization meetings were seamless and he coordinated every step of the process for me. He made the process of buying a new construction home easy and stress free.
