I am extremely disappointed in this company. We built in their subdivision in Festus, Mo and for almost four years, I had nothing but good things to say about them. That changed this summer when they up and left our subdivision unfinished. They stopped building, left several vacant lots, didn't complete our sidewalks, and left us with no guidance about the HOA.
