I would like to warn anyone who is considering buying a home from Rowles. Be sure you get EVERYTHING in writing with signatures of the representative you are dealing with. We bought a home in the Pinckney Ridge Subdivision in Warrenton, Mo. We chose our lot in late June of 2024. We chose a nice corner lot. The original plat showed a sidewalk on the north side of our home.
