Worst experience ever.Horrible quality all they do is bid out the work to subcontractors for the cheapest price to make the most profit and could care less about your home . 2 year home and it falling apart and already needing stuff replaced Update. How do you put your feelings in a text. What a great group to work with. Once you get past the sales rep (and please get past the rep) life is good. Allan Matthias, the manager of getting your home built and a one man show! Keeps you informed, allows time to get your thoughts together, and fixes all the oops, which happens with a new build. After he informs you of move in day, you are introduced to the nicest young man. Austin, the fixer of all walk through issues. I love my new home!!! When I was starting my search for a home, a new build was not at the forefront of my mind. My realtor, Bob Jacobs, showed me some homes, that, in my opinion, were overpriced, especially for the condition of the home. He urged me to look into a new build.
