Not very transparent about pricing. When meeting with the sales rep, she was more interested in talking about financing and how much we were putting down than hearing our questions about the homes we were inquiring about. Very off putting, judgmental, and not professional. When asked about modifying minor things on the floor plan such as moving a door or window it was an immediate no. Zero flexibility. Wouldn’t recommend.
