Does not stick to quotes, does not invoice for work done until months and months after work being performed. Had to contact RACQ multiple times after work being performed to tow the vehicle. Have lodged a complaint with Office of Fair Trading now
Told him not to go over $1000 to repair an engine misfire and do a service on an old VE Commodore that's only barely worth repairing. Did an extra $650 worth of unsanctioned, unnecessary repairs. Seems to make a habit of it.
Beware the cost is extreme and unnecessary work with no consultation
If you want a mechanic with years of experience and who will maintain your vehicle to meticulous standard then Ivan is your guy.
Possibly one of the best mechanical shops left. Ivan is very thorough, and I have peace of mind when I get my car back
