Barbara from Rolsafe dispatched Kevin and Power to my home this week; They arrived on time and were able to get all my Rolsafe shutters working properly after I had neglected to properly take care of them. The two techniciains were excellent and I highly recommend Rolsafe for any work.
Several years ago, we purchased a complete set of accordion shutters for our home. Recently, we discovered that one set of shutters would no longer open or close due to a frame misalignment. We paid over $250 for them to repair it. When hurricane Milton occurred we closed the shutters for the first time since the repair and when we tried to reopen them, we found that the same shutter had the same problem it would not open. I see this business has not done right by all of its customers but. 24 years later after this tropical storm 8/4/2024. This wired shutter system still works perfectly. And it’s a huge comfort when post tropical storm they say a tornado is on the way! I remember when they installed they said wiring to the house will cost a little more and will be more reliable and it seems most of the complaints are about the remotes….
RolSafe replaced both motors for our lanai shutters a few years ago. Recently we had one of our PVC slats break and Kevin and Power came out and fixed it. I feel confident that we will be secure during this hurricane season. Thank you.
