I pulled up. Kindly greeted. Customer service was great. Very hospitable and even entertained my daughter's song about how we don't interrupt while I wrangled my one year old in the waiting area. Definitely will return with my other vehicles. *** 4 years later they are still offering efficient smog service and same level of quality hospitality. I was there at open and 3rd in line and was out within the hour. ***
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by employee (forgot his name). They were done in about 10 minutes. I paid for the smog check and for my tags. Very convenient as I was planning on going elsewhere to pay for the tags. I went early in the morning so there was only one customer before me..... don't know how really busy it gets, but I will definitely go back to get my other cars done.
