Our furnace broke and Richard came to look at it within a few hours. He was very transparent about the issues and talked through all of our possible options. We had a new furnace installed two days later. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly, full transparency throughout the whole process, and excellent customer service from everyone we dealt with.

They over charged me by about three times more then Boart's, they added a fees for the truck and they didn't complete the work they were called out for. When I asked for break down of the bill she was down right nasty... Stay clear.

This was our first time dealing with Rolly's Heating and they were absolutely amazing....quick to respond and the owner came himself. Provided great service and simple explanation.
