I'm disgusted with this company. I told the salesman where I wanted the awning and how high. We discussed where the electrical box would go and he said it would be easy to do. As it turned out he did not know anything about the electrical box and that he would be too expensive to run another line for it. The guy who came to do the measurements wanted the awning closer to the patio door on the right and higher up. He also said to put the electrical box on the right and I said no. Picking out an awning in West Hempstead was easy-They have such a beautiful selection and the salesman was helpful.He came to our home,measured and helped us choose the perfect awning! We love our awning and are so gad we got it!It gives us shade when we want it and is a great addition to our backyard! Thanks Rollup Awnings :)
