This company is completely amateurish. When i asked about repairing a shutter, they sent two completely inexperienced and frankly incompetent technicians. They diagnosed a burned out motor and informed us it needed to be replaced. This would take at least half a day and they weren’t able to do it that day. They left and a week later I received a call from a ‘manager’ who told me they were unable to repair the shutter as it had been installed improperly.
