What a horrible experience. This company is the least professional company I have ever worked with. You would think that they would be knowledgeable with regards to installing and permitting om Miami Dade County. The communication has been very poor. I am really doubting my investment in this. They seemed so simple and professional at the beginning. Now it has been 3 months and I still don't have a pergola. <p>*******,</p><p>I am sorry that you feel that way, but you have to take into consideration that at the beginning we agreed on your contractor to do the electrical and footings, but when you realize that everything needed a permit, you decided that your contractor wasn't qualify to do such applications. We did everything to accommodate you, you wanted a fully louvers/retractable pergola, and because we are the only company with such product your decided to go ahead with us. The reality at this point is that you deposited a check I made to your company, Rolls Shading Systems in the amount of $27,950 over 14 months ago. That amount is for 50% of the project.
