Hopeless. Rude, arrogant and everything you don't need. Even to the point of trying to argue with customers after telling them they have made a mistake (which they haven't) because he has bought a cheap website which is out of date, poor quality and unreliable and the so-called manager has no idea about stock levels or customer service. Wayne has worked on my 56 Cloud for about 15 years and always done me right! His prices and charges we’re always very reasonable and he would fix a lot of little things on the car that needed tightening up or replacing and would never charge me. Had my car painted by him more than 10 years ago and it still looks great!
