I called for a quote for ONE (1) car garage shutter. Marcos assumed the garage door was 8 x 7 and that it would cost $1,100. I asked whether or not he would pull the permit, he asked, "why" According to the Miami Dade County code enforcement the placement of hurricane shutters must have a permit attached to it.
