Took our Freightliner Cascadia in on 01/21/26 for an aftertreatment issue. Paid almost $2000 and the problem was never fixed. They replaced some sensors and then admitted their equipment couldn’t even run an SCR efficiency test. The truck stayed in derate mode, forcing us to take it to a dealership anyway. Complete waste of time and money. Not recommended.
We went there on 01-21-26 with after treatment problem on one of our Freightliner Cascadia. Spent $15710. Problem still not fixed. Their mechanic changed NOX sensor & said their computer is not capable of performing SCR efficiency test. Truck was still in derated mode & we Ended up taking truck to dealership after throwing $1570 in trash.
They was a great A place I would go to then for everything if I was closer passing throw had some problems right before they closed they fixed me right up and was nice about it they didn’t put me off they didn’t make up a 1000 things to do they fixed it and had me on the way was 100 % up front with me
These guys know their stuff, the staff is friendly, and they are prompt with their repairs.
