There should be a zero star option .... I have been living with a leaking roof and water coming through my walls since I have lived here. The black mold is beyond controllable. I've gotten the board of health involved so many times they just pay their little fees and keep it pushing. They truly do not care about the well being of their tenants but if you even attempt to with hold rent then they talk to you. Lorin was super helpful and responsive with helping me with the application process and answering all my questions, even on off days. Had a few issues the day before move-in and she made sure everything was either taken care of or in the process of being taken care of in a very short period of time. I can’t speak any higher of these guys. Moving is always stressful, and they made it so much easier.
HORRIBLE PLACE DON’T RENT HERE YOU’LL DEFINITELY REGRET IT
