I called these people to try to get information about my car getting fixed. (One of their insured drivers rear ended me after being rear ended) The guy told me it was going to be taken care of by the person who initially made contact with her car. Now, I am ok with that, but when I tried to get more information he told me to check the police report and hung up on me. When I tried to call back three times they ignored my calls. Very unprofessional people.
