I recently contacted Mr. Rollins about a minor accident I had here at the apartment I reside in. He suggested I go to a junk yard to get the replacement parts necessary to repair my car. My question is why do I have insurance for? This would be the first claim I would've filed with him or any insurance company in at least 20 years! The deductible was $500 so the replacement parts were $436. I even checked on Amazon and their were prices were about the same as the car dealer! I can't give him a five star rating.
