Had automobile towed there under the agreement it would be looked at and I would be informed of the issues. Well after a month having it still no answer and when I went to the shop he would not tell me what he did or why it's worse than when it was towed. He told me to leave and called the police saying I was trespassing among other lies he tells them and me. This guy Greg is something else. We've taken our cars to them for over 7 years. They are always busy, so don't expect to wait around for an oil change, but they do a good job.

AWESOME! – We have three drivers in our family and 4 cars. Good thing because we always seem to have something going on with one of them. Been doing business with Rollins since 2005 and will never go anywhere else. I have dropped in on Greg before and asked him to look at something for me too. Had to wait for a few minutes each time because he is always so busy. Still made time to come out and look at my car. Always too busy – Tried twice in the past year to do business with Rollins Automotive. Both times acted like they didn't need my business... couldn't even take 2 minutes to get off the chair to walk outside to listen to noise and let me know if it was something to be immediately concerned with. Since they can't get off their duff to help me feel ok about driving my car for a few days I'm not able to open my wallet and give them business.

BEWARE - Should you be unfortunate enough to find yourself as I, stranded in a parking lot, new to town, knowing no one and having this automotive shop recommended; beware. After having the car towed to this shop I was informed the fuel pump was out and the remanufactured cost would be 410.00 plus approximately 110 dollars in labor 520.00 total.
