Great location and fantastic customer service! The overall atmosphere was welcoming, but the food was a bit of a mixed bag. The ribs weren't served hot, and the rib tips were somewhat fatty and greasy. The fries were decent, but the mac and cheese missed the mark completely. Overall, the friendly service and great vibe made for a pleasant visit, though the kitchen quality could use some improvement.

I really wanted some ribs on Father's Day. I made it to Rolling Thunder just in time to get their last 2 slabs. The slabs were big, juicy, and seasoned perfectly
Baked beans to die for.
