History Established in 2006. Tattooing in the historic railroad district of downtown Laramie since 2006. Meet the Business Owner Meghan M. Business Owner When Meghan was a little girl growing up in Wyoming, she hoped to one day become a saber-toothed tiger. When she realized that this was going to be unlikely, she turned her attention to tattooing. After she and her dad completed an extensive remodel of her empty garage, she raised a sign and opened it's doors as Rolling Tattoo in June of 2006.

Andrew is super easy to work with and does everything to make you happy with his work.
Not gonna lie, finding a tattoo artist in Laramie proved to be quite the challenge. After doing a lil research online and stopping in to check out the place, this was the spot. Willy proved to be right in sync with my vision and drew me up the perfect pieces of art. One session down and looking forward to many more.
