This is my go to bagel place in West Chester. The bagels are great and quite large. Food is consistency high quality! Would definitely recommend.
Ordered sandwich, they give sandwich (but without bread ). And the could not contact to correct as the calls gets on hold indefinitely. Never expected this from the restaurant that was great at one time in past. Except superficial show, the basic service levels dipped
