We had their food for the first time at fink's family farm tonight. Everything was so delicious. We loved the Mac and cheese so much we got an order to take home. The staff are so nice too. So glad we went to BBQ night
These guys rolled up to our neighborhood and I was so surprised that not only their food was absolutely delicious (Brisket and fries both phenomenal) but it was affordable.
We threw a housewarming party for 100 people and it was a great success thanks hugely to the food and team at Rolling Smoke. We had catered trays delivered before the party and the food all came perfect. Brandon helped us figure out the exact amount of food we would need for the party and his own recommendations for our party. Every single person who ate RAVED about the BBQ! I will be using Rolling Smoke for any BBQ we throw in the future and would recommend to all my friends as well.

I was initially skeptical. I’ve been smoking meats for about 12 years and I have also visited multiple heavy hitting BBQ spots in Texas. This truck is honestly amazing. I was blown away at the brisket quality, the fat was perfectly rendered and it was seasoned great. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the pulled pork was moist and full of flavor.
