The shutters have been installed for 1 year now. I have had to call Saint Clair on several occassions, because the tape that allows you to manually pull the shutters up and let them down , has malfunctioned on 2 of my windows. On one of the windows it is currently working properly. When this happens I am unable open the shutter or have to leave it open and not let it down. I will never ever recommend this guy to do the job for you will take your money and take off will never respond the phone call
