I had an unsatisfactory experience at ROLLING SHIELD INC. We are extremely disgusted with Rolling Shield INC and will post on all review sites of this company. Work was shoddy (had to come back 3 times), and we were blatantly lied to by the salesman that showed up to our home. We called this company since we knew they did a neighbors. We mentioned to the salesman that our neighbors garage screen (they installed) was going up very slowly compared to other neighbors garage screens in our community. I DO NOT recommend Rolling Shield. We signed a contract with this company for storm shutters and hurricane windows in March of 2018, as of this review (March 2019, one year later) they have not completed the work. not only that but the window installation was not done well, some of our windows do not open all the way (even ones that are next to each other). I've tried to speak to the General Manager, with no avail, I keep getting the installation manager, and his answer is always "your windows will be installed in 2-3 weeks"... read more
FRAUD!!! Despite the installation and quality which was Ok, the main issue was in regards to the payment. The salesman gave me a discount and months later I get a letter on the mail from a collecting agency that I own Rollingshield money and they will filled a claim on my property. The person filling the complaint is unreachable so now I have to deal with their lawyer and all this after one year of completion. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT IS HONEST!!!
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Rolling shield.The contract was signed in December 2017. After numerous calls and postponements the shutters were finally installed 7 months later. There was no follow-up if everything works fine or there are any issues until the last day of permit expiration on September 20th. I did require additional holes in the track to be able to extend the shutters to various positions and complained about the excessive noise when there is even a slight wind.
