They know the area and so can be a great source of advice. Of course they have the plants that thrive but also full of information that's locally relevant.
Well, the first time when I went there, about three weeks ago, they would have gotten 4 stars from me, because they seem to have a great variety of plants. However, as I returned today for the second time, things did not turn out as nicely as they could have. I bought some shrubs on my first time visit, raspberry and choke berry. just okay. This garden center is really nice. They've got everything you'd need and if you make the effort to ask for some help they'll give you good information. I found on my visit that employees were pretty busy getting things organized, and didn't off too much assistance. Plus, it's a bit more expensive than the chains (where I'd really go if I didn't want assistance). If you feel like supporting a smaller company, this place is nice with a good selection.
