Javier is the best tire man in Giddings! He is the type of owner that is more worried about customer service than he is about keeping his hand soft and his clothes clean. Great service and support from this company. The manager and service were outstanding. We had a flat tire and we were stranded on the way to Austin. Great phone etiquette and support. They did a good job fixing the tire and putting it back. Service was fast and not over priced. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!
I have never had problem with Rolling Rescue. Always seem to be a good, working relationship. Apparently not. So I purchased new set of tires in January and also agreed to return in February to have installed 4 brakes and rotors, 4 shocks, 2 or 3 lugnuts and the studs, and the 4x4 driveshaft going to the transfer case. I decided to spend the $1200 and pick up the parts myself to save on the shop markup (understanding that they will only warranty the labor because I've had my parts installed previously at other shops.
