Great service and support from this company. The manager and service were outstanding. We had a flat tire and we were stranded on the way to Austin. Great phone etiquette and support. I have never had problem with Rolling Rescue. Always seem to be a good, working relationship. Apparently not. So I purchased new set of tires in January and also agreed to return in February to have installed 4 brakes and rotors, 4 shocks, 2 or 3 lugnuts and the studs, and the 4x4 driveshaft going to the transfer case. I decided to spend the $1200 and pick up the parts myself to save on the shop markup (understanding that they will only warranty the labor because I've had my parts installed previously at other shops. Went there for a tire leak and tire rotation and balance. Man. I can’t say enough good things about Rolling Rescue. Javier is the man. Very hospitable and knowledgeable about cars. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to get the job done!
