We were so excited to try this place because there's been so much talk about it but we were not impressed. Food lacked flavor, service lacked entirely, when we go there there was only maybe a handful of people there yet our table was dirty and so was the floor beneath the table.

Beer was delicious, pizza was super tasty, and service was solid as well. For a margherita pizza it was slightly greasy but the taste was spot on. The Hefeweizen was incredible. I'll definitely be back.
We were in town to visit family here in KY and we were pleasantly surprised by this quaint brick oven pizza spot! We're all from NY so pizza in KY was going to be a challenge but we thought let's give this place a try. The staff was so nice, the oven was nice and HOT for that think crispy crust we like in NY! Great job! We will hopefully visit again!!
Whether it’s dining in or carry out, you just can’t top Rolling Oven Taproom in Versailles. Having this gem in our little town is a real treat. Their wood-fired oven, combined with their expertise and friendliness, produces an experience that is well worth the price. Trivia night on Wednesdays is a real treat!
