I felt that they forgot about me while waiting to be seen. the lady in the front desk came out the door and asked if I was waiting for someone. When I told her that I have an appointment she went back to her desk and asked me for my insurance and ID and I told her that I had given it to her along with my doctors note. When she saw my paperwork she printed out all the paperwork and then I was finally called back to get my monogram done.
Everyone was very friendly. But the estimation of time was off. Because this place was very busy. The actual exam time was correct at roughly 15 minutes. But I was there over an hour because I had to wait in two different lines for other people getting exams.

I had a hard time making an app on line, do I just walked in and immediately I was helped and processed . It did not take too long to get my X-rays. I was very impressed about the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Than you
