A nice quiet place left heavily uncared for by the company that bought it out. Residents go months without basic building maintenance and the grounds are disregarded almost entirely, besides the occasional lawn service that appears in the summer. The employees and the people who takes calls are very deceiving and rude, and have tried to force residents into paying higher prices despite the terrible aid they offer to the people who live here. Quiet and peaceful apartments in a great location and great neighbors. The interior of the apartment unit I lived in was renovated prior to my move in, has a great view off the balcony and has almost vacation sweet vibes. Management is friendly and the maintenance tech Jon is a fine gentleman and a professional. I would definitely recommend Rolling Meadows apartments. Best rent prices around as well, water pressure is on par and the walls are relatively thick such that sound from other apartments is not really noticeable. I ... read more
