I stumbled into Rolling Horse by chance. I came on free coffee day, which is a bonus. They offer used bikes, but instead of just reselling them, it looks like they repair/refurbish them as well in their on-site shop in the back. Being a non-profit they raise money but I don't know for what cause. Most likely for the place beside them, which was aptly called "next door". The people were friendly though and seemed to know about bikes.

Excellent! I love to buy pre-loved. The bike we picked for our daughter needed some tlc. They did the tune up so it is road safe! Got a call when it was ready for pick up. Very smooth and the price was very good.
