From my experience Rolling Hills has been a great place to work. Sure the actual work itself can be tedious at times but everyone has a great attitude about working together to get it done. Everyone works very hard to keep the atmosphere friendly but on task and the clients genuinely enjoy coming to work to see all their friends and co-workers. They are proud of the work that they do and the independence it gives them to be able to earn a paycheck. I have made many friends working for RHPC and that to me is priceless.
rolling hills is kind of ok. but i just worry about the jobs i like. and i also worry about co-workers i get along with instead of the ones i don't. but at least it's a job. and i also have my uncle kerry
The horror stories that I have heard from more than a few employees about how supervisors treat kids and make fun of kids is awful. There is a huge bullying issue here. Disrespect has been shown across all boarders. I do not think that this is the way that anyone needs to be treated. Maybe they should look into new supervisors or maybe they should ask the people and kids who work there what they think about them.these stories have been told to me the same by multiple people as well is the sad thing.
