I've been a member for 8 months and not one word out of the hoa. My nabor said they got someone in the mail about the new electric soon. I have not. I'm not sure why I have not gotten my mail from them, but it wasn't bc i didn't pay dues and transfer fees.
This is a well-run well-organized HOA. The board is open and transparent. The residents are friendly the amenities are a bathhouse, a park and a boat ramp. But the dues are correspondingly low. It's really not a place you would visit unless you have relatives. But it's a great place to own a camper lot or to build a house.
